Nelson Carr

Nelson joined Adderstone Group in October 2020. He is primarily responsible for sourcing new development and investment acquisitions, development management and delivering value-add initiatives across the Adderstone Group portfolio.

Before joining Adderstone Group, Nelson held several roles at NHS Property Services, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, and Intu Properties plc.

At Intu, Nelson was responsible for the management and delivery of Intu’s development, acquisition, and disposal projects across the UK. His achievements at Intu included managing the development of Intu’s £75m extension of Lakeside Shopping centre in Thurrock, Essex and bringing forward the disposal of £155m of assets across the UK.

He became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2017.
