Debbie has worked in social housing for over 30 years and has a great deal of experience in the regeneration and development field. She has worked for local authorities and housing associations as well as the private sector and has delivered on all tenures including social rent, build to rent, older peoples housing affordable housing, and set up a wholly owned housing vehicle for Stoke on Trent city council.
Debbie’s focus is all things new business and partnerships in areas outside of the North East and is looking to open up new offices in Yorkshire and beyond over the next business plan period.
