In late summer 2019 Adderstone Group moved its head office operations to one of its most recent and most beautiful acquisitions, The Fleming, an impressive 30,000 sq. ft Grade II listed former hospital in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne.
The move sees Adderstone Group’s management, commercial, development and investment divisions, along with construction company, Taemar Limited, move from Maling Court in Ouseburn, which had been home for the past six years.
The move marks a new era and exciting new chapter for Adderstone Group as the business approaches its 20th year in 2020, with the company working through a significant development pipeline of opportunities across the North East and London and having grown the commercial investment portfolio by over £30m in the past 12-24 months.
