Director of Adderstone London, Pip is growing the Group's presence in the capital.
After three years spent within Adderstone Group's Newcastle development team, Pip Gray left the Group's Newcastle HQ in late 2017, after it was decided that she was the perfect candidate to establish Adderstone Group's first office in the capital, 'Adderstone London'.
Timing couldn't have been more perfect as she also took on the project managment of the Group's first London development, Sultan House, which saw the delivery of four luxury apartments in the capital's most sought after place to live, Bermondsey.
Adderstone London will continue to operate within the Group’s core sectors of commercial and residential investment and development and Pip is keen to chat to those active in the capital where potential synergies could be explored.
Pip has been a key member of our Development Division, assessing opportunities from a financial and legal perspective to establish the viability of each prospective development. She helped monitor the entire development portfolio, from identifying development opportunities to working alongside architects, ensuring planning permission were granted.
With her growing experience Pip is now on the lookout for Adderstone’s next London projects, from the wealth of opportunites the city has to offer. With a few developments already in the pipeline the horizon is looking bright.
Pip joined Adderstone Group as a placement student in August 2014, her potential was identified which led to her being offered a full time position. She juggled her final year Estate Management degree whilst continuing her full time job and graduated in July 2017 with a First Class Honours Degree.
Outside of work Pip is a keen runner, completing triathlons and half marathons. She hopes to take part in the 2019 London Marathon.
Pip has ridden horses since age three and is a fully qualified PADI SCUBA Divemaster.
