Pip joined the Adderstone team as a placement student in August 2014, her potential was identified leading to her being offered a full time position with our Development Division. She juggled her final year Estate Management degree whilst continuing her full time job and graduated in July 2017 with a First Class Honours Degree.
Pip works closely alongside James Atkinson, where she assesses opportunities from a financial and legal perspective to establish the viability and potential of each prospective development. She helps monitor the entire development portfolio, from identifying development opportunities to working alongside architects to ensure planning permission is granted. Each year Pip works closely with our Development Division placement students, having been in their position only a few years ago, she helps them to integrate themselves into the company and the property world as a whole.
Pip also oversees our disposals and acquisitions. She continues to build up strong contacts with a wide network of agents across the country, as part of our aim to maximise our off plan sales. This also leads to her collaborating with the marketing team to make sure a consistent and co-ordinated message is presented about our developments in the best way possible to potential buyers.
As Pip’s knowledge and experience of the development process grows she is taking on project management positions, delivering viable developments across the country to completion and delivery.
She is in the midst of her APC RICS training and hopes to be chartered within the next year.
Outside of work Pip is a keen runner, completing triathlons and the Great North Run in 2015 (read more about it here.)
Pip has ridden horses since age three and is a fully qualified PADI SCUBA Divemaster.
