Stephen McCoy

Stephen McCoy is Director of Adderstone Living, the social housing division of Adderstone Group.

Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in the housing sector, working at director level for blue chip companies including Keepmoat and Galliford Try.

Stephen has delivered some of the largest affordable housing and partnership schemes in the North. He has worked with

the majority of local and national housing associations and local authorities delivering schemes focussed on extra care and private sale.

Stephen’s experience enables Adderstone Living to offer unique, ‘land-led’ solutions for clients, a process which involves the sourcing of land, scheme design and securing of planning permissions before delivering schemes on behalf of key stakeholders.
