Kate Grant joined Adderstone Group in July 2021 as Director of its growing Estates division.
Kate has overall responsibility for the management of Adderstone Group’s growing commercial property portfolio, which comprises almost 2 million sq, ft of assets and over 140 business clients.
Kate joined Adderstone Group from intu Properties Plc, where she spent over 23 years in various senior management roles based in their London office. As Regional Managing Director, Kate was accountable for the management of seven major UK shopping centres with an annual rent roll of over £160m. These assets included Metrocentre, Eldon Square, Lakeside and Braehead. In addition, Kate has extensive board level experience, including several JV relationships and as Chair of Metrocentre Partnership Board.
