Jonathan Grant

Jonathan Grant is Adderstone Civils’ Managing Director, responsible for business growth and delivery of all civil engineering projects across our national footprint.

Jonathan established Adderstone Civils in 2024, bringing 25 years of extensive MEP, Build and Civils experience. With a commercially biased background Jonathan’s hands on approach allows a positive impact across the delivery of projects, with site-based delivery experience of projects totalling over £200 million. Having been in senior board positions across several tier one contractors and civil engineering groups, Jonathan has overseen the successful delivery of over £500 million construction revenue, secured from a selection of both essential and flagship infrastructure/build projects.

Within Adderstone Civils lean, accessible management structure, Jonathan holds overall accountability to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. His hands-on approach, technical expertise and focus on attention to detail are crucial in the success of our business operations.

Jonathan works closely with public and private sector clients ensuring seamless coordination across our projects. His proactive management style continues to establish Adderstone Civils as a trusted contractor, with a reputation for reliability and quality on the national stage.
