Adderstone Group’s Operations Director, Allison Harrison, is the company’s second longest serving member of staff, having joined the team in 2003 after being head-hunted from a rival firm.
As Group Operations Director, Allison manages all operational functions and HR issues including staffing levels, site teams, pensions, insurance and recruitment to ensure the smooth running of the business.
