Tyne Bridge House is a 5,268 sq ft Grade A office development built by Adderstone Construction. The new-build steel frame structure sits in a prominent riverside location overlooking the River Tyne.

The build comprises a two-storey structure featuring a full-height curved glass façade, delivered through a bespoke glazing package and high-performance building envelope to maximise natural light and river views. Constructed to a Grade A commercial standard, the scheme includes high-quality core and shell finishes and a roof terrace designed to make full use of its waterfront setting.

Works required precise steel frame erection, specialist façade installation and complex curved glazing elements, all delivered within a restricted city-centre riverside environment where logistics, access and sequencing were carefully managed throughout.

Now complete, the building provides a high-quality modern workspace in one of the North East’s most prominent commercial locations and is home to the headquarters of the Great Run Company.

Pipewell Quay

Pipewell Quay is a 30,000 sq ft commercial refurbishment and office fit-out project, converting former nightclub into Grade A office space on Gateshead Quays.
