Toll Bar Park is a commercial redevelopment of an existing vacant warehouse within an established roadside retail location, delivered to create multiple mixed-use commercial units.
The scheme by Adderstone Construction included structural strengthening and reconfiguration works, converting the building into multiple mixed-use commercial units. Upgrades to the roof, cladding and insulation were also carried out to improve building performance and longevity.
New building services were installed to support multiple tenants, alongside external works including access roads and yard areas to ensure the site was fully functional and ready for occupation.
Now occupied by national operators including B&M Retail, The Gym Group and Toolstation.
