Adderstone Group developed The Bridge on behalf of US investment firm Starwood Capital in 2018. The purpose-built student accommodation scheme consists of 331-beds within an eight-storey, high specification apartment block.
The Bridge offers a mix of luxury studio apartments and en suite flats with large balconies and outdoor space. The purpose-built scheme also features social and study areas, a central courtyard, and a multi-functional lobby.
