Bermondsey, repeatedly recognised in The Times Best Places list, is celebrated for its riverside charm, vibrant culture and acclaimed culinary scene, making it one of the capital’s most desirable residential locations.
Adderstone managed and delivered the full internal fit-out of four bespoke penthouse apartments across a 5 storey building as part of a £3,000,000 investment. Each space was carefully considered, with premium materials, tailored layouts and refined detailing used to create design-led, luxury homes that maximise both light and panoramic views.
The fit-out extended across all living spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms and open-plan living areas, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and seamless integration of finishes. Private rooftop gardens were also completed to complement the interiors, enhancing the overall living experience.
In addition, Adderstone carried out upgrades to the building’s communal areas and façade, ensuring a consistent level of quality throughout the entire property.
Completed in 2018, all apartments were sold off-plan, reflecting the strength of both the design and delivery.
