7 Stratton Street is an 18th-century townhouse on one of Mayfair’s most iconic streets. Situated in one of London’s most affluent districts, the building presented a unique opportunity to combine historic character with modern luxury to create premium office space.
Through a carefully managed project, Adderstone oversaw the transformation of the townhouse, preserving and elevating its period features while introducing a refined, bespoke finish. Signature fireplaces and ornate detailing were meticulously restored, and large windows were optimised to maximise natural light, creating interiors that feel both elegant and functional.
The fit-out provided versatile workspaces, from open-plan areas to private desks and fully equipped meeting rooms, designed to create an operational and premium working environment. Large windows overlook Stratton Street, providing an abundance of natural light, while the private courtyard offers a quiet, contemplative space away from the hustle and bustle.
