During Autumn/Winter 2020, Adderstone Living, the dedicated social housing division of Adderstone Group, delivered another successful social housing scheme at School Street in Darlington on behalf of Stockton on Tees based housing association, North Star Housing Group.

The seven 2-bedroom bungalows were designed with spacious internal layouts including walk-in showers and well-designed kitchen/dining areas.

The scheme factored in large back gardens and off-street parking, in keeping with the existing properties in the area.

With social housing continuing to be in incredibly high demand, the properties were fully occupied within two weeks of handing over to the client, which was a great testament to the collaborative working of all parties involved in the scheme.

 

School Street is situated in Cockerton, a suburb of Darlington in County Durham. The scheme is in a highly sustainable location, close to a selection of convenience stores and public transport options within easy reach.
