Completed in 2008 on the site of a former scrap metal yard, Maling Court is a high specification commercial development which has contributed towards the staggering regeneration of the Ouseburn area of Newcastle, now the pumping heart of the North East’s creative economy.

Currently occupied by several creative and local businesses, Maling Court comprises six purpose-built units, each providing approximately 3,000 sq. ft of creative and flexible workspace.

The development was built to a very high standard and offers businesses the opportunity to have a high-grade workspace with its own front door in a location very close to Newcastle city centre, whilst benefitting from great parking, affordable rents and business rates relief whilst being surrounded by other co-working start-ups, digital specialists, craft venues, studios, independent breweries and artisan cafés.

The site currently plays host to a number of office based businesses, an award winning hair salon, beauty rooms and Adderstone Group’s letting agency, Exchange Residential.

Maling Court was the home of Adderstone Group’s HQ from May 2013 to August 2019.
