In 2018, Adderstone Group completed the 272 bed, eight-storey PBSA scheme called iQ Collingwood on behalf of British student housing company, iQ Student Accommodation, owned by majority shareholders, Goldman Sachs bank. iQ Student Accommodation owns 66 halls of residence, with 28,000 bedrooms across the UK.

The 24,000 sq. ft site, which sits proudly overlooking Newcastle’s central motorway, minutes from Northumbria University and the city centre, hosts a fully kitted out fitness suite, games room, study area and lounge as well as high spec cinema room and rooftop terrace.
