Hanover Point is a new-build residential development delivered by Adderstone Construction, comprising 10 luxury two-bedroom apartments in a prominent Quayside location in Newcastle.
Construction included a reinforced concrete frame and modern façade, delivered within a tight Quayside footprint. With restricted access and a constrained site, the build required careful planning and steady sequencing throughout to maintain safe and efficient delivery.
