This impressive, traditional building on St George’s Terrace in Jesmond was one of the first commercial acquisition and renovation projects Adderstone Group added to its portfolio.

The building, situated on the corner of two of Jesmond’s most sought-after commercial streets, St George’s Terrace and Acorn Road, is located amongst a diverse selection of upmarket restaurants, cafés, shops and services.

Adderstone Group purchased the building in 2005 before redeveloping its commercial and office spaces. The building even became Adderstone Group’s HQ between 2005 – 2008.

Long-term client, Starbucks, has been located on the ground floor of the building for a number of years, and the offices above continue to be particularly popular due to the building’s attractive layout and a host of amenities in the immediate vicinity.

St George’s Terrace is excellently located with public transport links on the doorstep. West Jesmond Metro station is only a 3 minute walk away. The Tyne and Wear Metro System gives easy access to Central Station and throughout the North East.

A number of bus routes run along the Great North Road and Osborne Road, the nearest bus stop is located only a 5 minute walk away.
