The Bridge is a 331-bed student accommodation scheme located close to Northumbria University, delivered by Adderstone Group in September 2018 on behalf of Starwood Capital.

Adderstone Group developed The Bridge on behalf of US investment firm Starwood Capital in 2018. The purpose-built student accommodation scheme consists of 331-beds within an eight-storey, high specification apartment block.

The Bridge offers a mix of luxury studio apartments and en suite flats with large balconies and outdoor space. The purpose-built scheme also features social and study areas, a central courtyard, and a multi-functional lobby. Situated close to Northumbria and Newcastle University, and Newcastle Business School, The Bridge continues to let year on year.
