Pipewell Quay is located directly on Gateshead Quays, set on the site that was formerly the iconic Baja Beach Club nightclub.

Since Adderstone Group acquired the site in 2019, the 30,000 sq ft building has undergone a full refurbishment and extension to deliver state-of-the-art Grade A office space, bespoke to the requirements of its flagship sole occupier Aspire Technology Solutions. The building now provides 3 floors of first-class, flexible office space for over 300 employees, as well as a series of breakout and social spaces and roof terraces.
