Stepney Yard – purpose built student accommodation created by Adderstone Group

Stepney Yard is Adderstone Group’s latest and largest student development to date, located on Stepney Road, which lies slightly north, and just outside the Ouseburn Conservation Area, close to Northumbria University Business School.

Works are now complete on site where Adderstone Group worked with partners Brims Construction to create the 266-bed student block.

The student accommodation has a mixture of studios and 4 to 7 bed apartments and a host of communal social areas for residents including a study area, reception area and cinema.

Stepney Yard opened in September 2016 and has seven car parking spaces and 56 cycle spaces.

Stepney Yard appeals to Newcastle’s vast and growing student audience.
