City Centre Student Accommodation Scheme

Drone footage capturing the construction of our latest student development in Newcastle.

Adderstone Group are working with partners Brims Construction to deliver the 272 bed student accommodation on the edge of the city centre.

The development will be a seven-storey, high-quality student accommodation consisting of 20 studios and 46 cluster apartments.

Located at Kings Manor, the 2200 sq. m. site is adjacent to Northumbria University’s City Campus East, which is home to the Northumbria Business and Law School and the Northumbria School of Design.

The student accommodation will have a fitness suite, games room and lounge and will be delivered in August 2018.
