Adderstone Nova, the London based, specialist fit out contractor within Adderstone Group, has been appointed by private global investment group Unity Land to develop a new rooftop terrace at Byron House on St James’s Street, London. Works are now underway.
Located in the heart of the St James’s Conservation Area, the scheme will introduce a thoughtfully designed rooftop amenity space, enhancing the communal facilities available to building occupiers.
Byron House is home to several high profile companies, including the UK headquarters of Christian Louboutin and Peninsula Energy. The highly technical, complex project is therefore being delivered within a fully occupied building in a highly sensitive heritage setting.
