Adderstone Living is celebrating one year since establishing its presence in Yorkshire, marking a strong period of growth across the region. This milestone includes a recent office relocation, several key team appointments and continued progress across multiple developments.
The Yorkshire team has recently moved to a new base in York city centre at East Coast House on Skeldergate. The new office provides additional space to support the region’s expansion plans and offers a more accessible location for partners and stakeholders to connect with the business. The move also reflects Adderstone Living’s ongoing commitment to building strong local relationships and delivering projects through a regionally rooted approach.
Over recent months, the Yorkshire team has expanded with the appointments of Terry McKee as Contracts Manager, Mike Rytwinski as Technical Manager, and Henry Walton as Trainee Quantity Surveyor. They join Rick Long, Regional Director, and Richard Coy, Head of Development for the Yorkshire region.
Together, the team brings strengthened expertise across delivery, technical management and commercial support, enabling Adderstone Living to respond to increasing demand for social housing across Yorkshire.
The Yorkshire region is now approaching the handover of its first homes at developments in East Cowton and Swinton, near Malton, with a number of new schemes due to complete in summer 2026 and further opportunities in the pipeline.
The continued growth of the regional team supports Adderstone Living’s focus on delivering high-quality homes and places, while working collaboratively with partners across the housing sector.
