Adderstone Living, the dedicated social housing division of Adderstone Group, has been featured as a key housebuilder responding to the demand for new homes in the North East.
The most recent affordable housing scheme to see work starting on by Adderstone Living, Shaftesbury Avenue, is being delivered in partnership with Places for People. The 69-home development in South Shields will provide a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes available for local people through affordable rent. They will be created on a disused brownfield site on Shaftesbury Avenue, close to South Shields Football Club.
Other regional firms include Cussins, Homes by Esh, and Vistry Partnerships North East, who are accelerating developments in the region. Read more about the developments featured here.
Adderstone Living was launched in the last financial year to deliver schemes for registered housing associations and has completed three developments in its inaugural year, providing homes for approximately 3,000 people. Three new contracts have been secured in partnerships with North Star Group, Places for People, Thirteen Group and Karbon Homes. To discuss social housing partnerships, contact Adderstone Living.
