£2m residential development underway at coastal beauty spot

Work is well underway on Adderstone Group’s latest £2 million pound residential development, located in one of the North East’s most renowned beauty spots, resulting in the creation of five luxury family homes.

The new homes are being built in Beadnell, Northumberland and will be complete by early 2105. Adderstone Group, is heading up the project, with Adderstone Construction managing all construction works.

The project creates a rare opportunity for buyers to secure high quality coastal retreats or holiday homes in one of the North East’s most prominent areas of natural beauty. The development is situated minutes away from the popular stretch of beach known as Beadnell Bay.

The new four and five bed family homes in the development, which will be known as Tamarin Close, will be high quality detached and semi-detached properties built to an excellent standard and offering unique finishes and personalised design. The development is commanding high sales interest and is being marketed through property consultants and estate agents, Sanderson Young.

The Tamarin Close development is being built with environmentally efficient considerations. Each house will contain log burning stoves which will support the central heating system and solar panelling which will supplement hot water supply.

Adderstone Group Chairman, Ian Baggett said: “This is an exciting project for us. The development is in a much sought-after location.

“Opportunities to purchase property of this type and quality are rare and we are very confident it will be in high demand as it is close to local restaurants, pubs and convenience stores and set prominently on Northumberland’s beautiful coastline.”
