Broadgates Park is a Retail Park in the heart of market town Hexham in Northumberland. The 1.87-hectare site includes a B&M Retail and Marks and Spencer store.

Adderstone acquired Broadgates Retail Park in 2019. The park is located in the centre of Hexham and includes the national retail stores B&M (20,092 sq. ft) and Marks and Spencer (32,000 sq. ft).

Situated on the old Auction Mart site, Broadgates was developed in the early 1990s by previous owners, Cooperative Group, to provide a modern food store and car park. A long leasehold was granted to Marks & Spencer in 2008, followed by the development of a store for B&M in 2016. Broadgates Retail Park has excellent car parking provisions on site with enough space for up to 294 vehicles.
