Baker's Yard is an exciting creative space made up of office, light industrial and warehouse buildings located on the site of the original Greggs Bakery in Gosforth. Throughout 2019 a wide range of independent businesses have moved to Baker's Yard and begun operating from the site, with more to follow in 2020. The full site refurbishment will be complete in 2020 and there is still some commercial space available.
