The Fleming Business Centre is a Grade II listed former hospital comprising 31,000 sq. ft of office and leisure space, set in impressive surroundings in Jesmond.
Eastgate is a large, open-plan office accommodation in Newcastle city centre. Planning permission was recently secured to renovate and add two further floors to the building, taking the total area to 40,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space.
