Labourer/General Operative

We are recruiting for Labourers/General Operatives at Adderstone.

Responsibilities
– Carrying out tasks that involve physical labour on different construction projects
– Executing work with the use of relevant hand and power tools of all types
– Loading and unloading equipment to and from vehicles and construction sites
– Ensuring that materials are transported to workers with specific skills
– Clearing work areas before and after the completion of a construction project
– Ensuring that construction sites are kept clean and free of unwanted materials
– Completing worksheets that contain the details of how many hours have been worked
– Assisting specialised tradesmen who are also working on the same construction project.
– Driving company vehicles (with valid driving license)

Qualifications
– CSCS Card
– Good level of physical fitness required due to heavy manual lifting and carrying of materials and stock items
– Team player
– Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
– Good communication skills
– Good customer service skills
– Good time management skills
– Good organisational skills
– Multi Skilled – preferable
– Valid driving licence responsibilities.
