Adderstone's Property Management Division was originated to provide a reliable, capable and proactive management service for is flourishing development and investment portfolio.

As part of the diversification of the business, Adderstone also began offering its property management services to various clients including investors who had purchased property from Adderstone and independent landlords.

Since the Division's inception, Adderstone has established a well deserved reputation as one of the North East's most effective and responsible landlords and managing agents.

Currently the company manages 1,200 residential tenancies and dozens of commercial properties with a rent roll approaching £10m per annum.
