Adderstone's two main services are as follows:

Lettings Only Service, for experienced landlords who want to manage their property themselves but who require assistance with preparing their property for letting and in finding tenants.

Full Management Service, for landlords who wish to hand over the entire letting process.

Based in Jesmond, one of the most prominent locations for students and professionals with a passing trade of some 10,000 tenants per annum, Adderstone's letting office is perfectly located for its market. Moreover the company's residential lettings portfolio spans the most popular areas of Newcastle upon Tyne including Jesmond, Sandyford and Gosforth, with additional property in Sunderland and Durham.

The Division also offers a bespoke service to corporate clients and enjoys excellent relationships with some of the largest companies in the North East.
