Professional Accreditation

Adderstone Property Management is a member of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), the sole residential letting regulatory organisation in the UK and a body which leads the way in setting and regulating the highest standards in the industry. All ARLA member firms are required to work within a robust Code of Practice, which covers the key stages in letting and managing a property. In addition, Adderstone is accredited as a training institution by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and two of its surveyors are currently working towards full RICS membership.

Pertinent to its Block Management Division, Adderstone is also a member of ARMA (the Association of Residential Management Agents), the only body regulating the block management of leasehold property.

The Adderstone Group is the only company in the North East of England to be a member of both ARLA and ARMA.
