Whether it be a comprehensive management package or the collection of service charges, the Block Management Division is delighted to tailor make the service it offers to suit a client's requirements.

To follow is a brief outline of the services we offer. Clients can select which elements they would like to hand over to Adderstone Block Management:

  • Drawing up service charge budgets and reviewing these on an annual basis.

  • Service charge and ground rent collection.

  • Organisation and supervision of both day-to-day and long term repairs and maintenance to the common parts and the structure of the building.

  • The carrying out of regular site inspections.

  • Organisation of building insurance, including valuations and the handling of claims.

  • Regular liaison with residents on all issues relating to the management of the building and dealing efficiently with residents' queries.

  • Preparation of year end accounts and tax returns.

  • Liaison with solicitors on any legal issue relating to the building.

  • Provision of regular reports to freeholders and management companies.
