Professional Accreditation

Adderstone is a member of ARMA (the Association of Residential Management Agents), the only regulatory body in England and Wales to focus exclusively on matters relating to the block management of leasehold property. All members agree to adopt and abide by ARMA's objectives and comply with the codes of practice of the Association and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Pertinent to its Property Management Division, Adderstone is also a member of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), the sole residential letting regulatory organisation in the UK.

The Adderstone Group is the only company in the North East of England to be a member of both ARLA and ARMA.
